72 Years Old Woman Tasered

A 72 years old grandma got tasered because of over speeding in an under construction road in Austin, Texas.

She was driving with the speed of 60 MPH on a road where the speed limit was only 40 MPH.

The police constable gave her a ticket on over speeding but she refused to sign on the papers. She tried to skip from the shoulder of the road and also used foul language on the constable.

The police constable at first tried to be lenient and he also gave her many warnings but the little grandma was getting out of control and thus he had to use a teaser in order to calm her down. The lady fell on the road after getting a taser shock.

The little old grandma was then arrested and was put in jail but she was bailed out of the jail the very next day.

A lot of people are giving comments on this issue. Some are far and others are against the act of the constable. The Austin community is reacting on the whole scene. Some are saying that the constable should have been lenient to the 72 years old woman, considering her old age. While the others are saying that whatever he did was legal and right because the law is equal for everyone regardless to the age.

The movie of the whole scene was made by the camera on the dashboard of the constable?s car.

Just take a look of it and tell us what you think about it. Either the constable was right or he was wrong?
