Too bad Elizabeth Lambert got caught,How many Dirty platers are there in the American Soil.If you say she will be banned for life and stripped -off from her scholarship, then EVERYONE caught should suffer the same ordeal.I do not condone her behavior but she needs to be given 1 more chance just like everyone else.

I, for one, and as a parent, hope they ban Ms Lambert for life from playing soccer on U.S. soil. She brings a bad name to the sport. She is a poor role model for young aspiring soccer players. She has a nasty temper. She is violence waiting to happen. Lambert is a lawsuit in the works. UNM cannot afford players like Lambert. She could put them in the legal arena, cost them donations, bring down their reputation and good name. Is it worth it for one woman on a soccer team? Pull her scholarship. Show to the young girls following in her footsteps that there are manners and rules in soccer, or any team sport, and they must be followed or there are consequences. The refs and coaches should also be trained or re-trained in how to handle out of control players. They have an obligation to step up and correct a situation such as we viewed with the UNM/BYU game. Hard to imagine that the YOUTUBE shorts have almost 8 million hits. I would guess 7 million or more of the viewers thought the conduct of Lambert was wrong.
