George Miller

George Miller was a stand-up comedian and he began his career at the age of 21. Miller was born on June 28, 1941. In 1976, he made his network television debut on the tonight show. In the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s he appeared on national television programs several times. Miller was a very good natured person and he was very good friends with other Hollywood comedians such as David Letterman or Jerry Seinfeld who later enjoyed tremendous success. He died on March 5, 2003 from a blood clot in his brain. In two decades Miller appeared on NBC’s “Late Night with David Letterman” and on CBS’ “Late Show with David Letterman” 56 times. David letterman, who is the host of Late Show, paid for his medical expenses but couldn’t attend his funeral due to a bout of shingles. Miller was well known for his slightly awkward delivery which made him different from a professional comedian.
