John Allen Muhammad, Prince William County, Va, – D.C. area sniper will be executed after four days at the Greensville Correctional Center in Jarratt, Virginia by lethal injection. John’s lawyer has submitted an appeal in the Supreme Court. The lawyer has claimed that his client is mentally ill and can’t be executed.
John Allen and his companion Lee Boyd Malvo killed 10 people in Maryland, Virginia in October, 2002.
Paul Elbert, Prince William Commonwealth Attorney, says that after every murder, they boosted up, thinking if they were invisible from the law enforcement.
Fox 5 spoke with the prosecutors Ebert and assistants James Willet and Rick Conway. Ebert said that it will be a justice with him and all the victims. Conway said that he deserves for the worst penalty as he qualifies for that.
During the trial, john’s lawyer represented him as an ill person but he was not an insane or mentally ill.
“Anyone who is familiar with the evidence in this case knows the almost military precision with which some of their planning was carried out,” said Conway.
John never said a word that why he had done this and why he had killed so many innocent human beings.
The prosecutors said that it was the biggest and most horrific case of there lives and they did not wish of another like that.
