Life is too short for many of us but some people have great personalities which will never be forgotten. Ken Ober died on November 15 at the age of 52. Who will going to forget his unique style of hosting? He was an American game show host, comedian and actor. He hosted MTV game show “Remote Control” for five seasons.

The cause of his death has not been announced yet but his agent said,

“His body was discovered in his home. The last person to have spoken to him was on Saturday morning. No foul play is suspected, no suicide, it looks like natural causes, just no one knows the exact cause yet.”

He also hosted a show known as “Ober and Olsen” in which Susan Olsen starred with him. Ober served as a producer for the CBS comedy ” The New Adventures of Old Christine”. Ober’s manager Lee Kernis said,

“he spoke to a friend and complained of a headache and flu-like symptoms.”

A famous comedian Adam Sandler who appeared on Ober’s show had expressed his feelings to MTV news. He said,

“Ken Ober was one of the sharpest, quickest, sweetest guys I ever me. He was always a great friend and I will miss him very much.”

Another guy Denis Leary who started his career in Remote Control expressed his sorrow on Ober’s death. He said,

“Kenny Ober was and always will be the quickest wit in the room… a smart, fast and hilarious human being who made many of us, including myself, laugh until we cried. As the star and host of Remote Control, he was a welcoming ringmaster who helped to kickstart the careers of numerous talents, including Adam Sandler, Colin Quinn and myself. He will be remembered always by each of his friends not only for his massive talent but for his true, deep and enduring friendship.”
