Hip Hop star Lil Wayne, DeWayne Carter, was being arrested by the police authorities after they found marijuana from the tour buses this Friday. U.S. Border Patrol agents detained Lil after they found marijuana from tour buses near the Falfurrias, a town near Texas. Drug sniffing dogs found small traces of marijuana from two tour buses when they were on their way to Laredo, Texas. Sniffing dogs found approximately one and half pound of marijuana.
It is being reported here that he was being arrested by the police way back in 2007 too for having loaded weapons and his jail sentence is scheduled to start very soon in February according to court papers.
His concert was scheduled tonight but according to The Laredo Entertainment Center resources, the concert has been postponed till next notice. The fans got anger after they heard that the concert had postponed.
But according to new updates, nobody has been arrested yet and police is investigating on it. There were no information regarding marijuana in the tour buses and they just found marijuana through random search. His buses have been detained by the police on a checkpoint near Texas.
