Loverboy movie is basically a story taken from the Victoria Redel’s novel by Hannah Shakespeare. Loverboy film, presents the life of a little family. Paul and Emily are the main characters in the movie. kyra Sedgwick play the role of Emily. The main purpose of the movie is to convey a message to the parents about their attention towards their Childs. It presents the different stages of the childhood and how a personality of the child changes with the time. Movie focuses on some important points which are hidden by the human beings. According to the theme of the movie, it can be said that, it is very easy to give birth to a baby but very hard to give him a perfect and secured feature.

In the beginning, movie presents a queer type of story. It is a lust for a baby at any cost. Mother (Emily) chooses a different way to get a baby. Her dialogs clearly explain that she is completely frustrated by her husband as she says,

“I never wanted a house, never wanted a husband; what I wanted with every cell of my body was a baby”.

She chooses a wrong way for being a mother and at least become pregnant after sleeping with some other.
Movie turns to another scene where mother and baby are living in suburbia. Instead of schooling she teaches her child at home. The boy is very embarrassed with his nick name,” loverboy”. He always says that,” I am Paul”. His name Paul was given to him by the person who was his real father. A tragedy keeps place in the end of the movie with the suicide of the Emily.
