Navy Seals Court Martial

No reward for three US Navy Seals (Sea, Air, Land special operations), they captured a terrorist in Iraq but now they have been rewarded with a court martial to answer criminal charges from allegations that they assaulted their prisoner. Captured terrorist Ahmed Hashim Abed allegedly ordered the murder and mutilation of four contract workers, after that two men were hung from a bridge in Fallujah. Three non-commissioned officers named Matthew McCabe, Julio Huertos and Jonathan Keefe captured Ahmed Hashim Abed. In 2004, Americans dispatched a special operations team to capture the killers and their leaders.

Fox News national security correspondent Catherine Herridge stated that Seals captured Ahmed Hashim Abed whose military code name was “Objective Amber”. Later he told investigators that he was being punched by his captors which caused bleeding from his lip. According to Fox News Channel,

“The three suspects, all members of the Navy’s elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral’s mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial,”

According to report,

“Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers,”

Failure to safeguard a detainee, assault, making false statements and negligence of duty are the charges faced by the three Seals. Arraignment of three Seals will be held separately on December 7. According to Fox News investigators identified two officers and and enlisted sailor as witnesses but they have not been charged.

Former NYPD detective and US Marine said,

“All clear thinking Americans should be outraged. Is this how we treat our protectors? Is this justice?”

Political strategist Mike Barker said,

“Let me get this straight: we’re trying a guy — a foreign terrorist — who killed 3,000 people on September 11, 2001 in a civilian court, but we’re going to try three war heroes in a military court over a bloody lip?”

Court martial of three Seals is scheduled in January, 2010. Navy Seals are supreme force than any other military forces because they are Maritime Special Forces, they are highly trained to conduct multiple missions without being detected against targets.

My father was there, Schofield Barracks, december 7, 1942 when the japs attacked. He was there in the Phillipiens when the were ordered to stop eating the meat from a japanese stronghold they had captured because it was discovered the meat was from ” American Soldiers” the japs had captured.

My uncle proudly wore THE GREEN BERET, fought in WW2, Korea and 3 tours in Vietnam

Both of these MEN would be turning over in their graves if they knew how this country has turned their backs on our HEROS

My wife and I are both Honorable Discharged ARMY Veterans and for the first time in my adult life I am ashamed of my country for treating our HEROS like they are the criminals!
What has happened to the American people?

These Navy Seals – all of our Special Forces and all of the Men and Women of our Armed forces are My HEROS

THANK YOU to all of you for being there for us even though your country is turning their backs to you
