Oprah Chimp Lady

Charla Nash Before Attack

Charla Nash Before Attack

Charla Nash, the lady that had been attacked by a chimp, revealed her face for public first time after the attack on Oprah Winfrey Show, Wednesday. Before that attack, Charla was a beautiful lady of 55.
The chimp put her eyelids, eyes, nose and lips out. The doctors clearly told her that she would never see again as they had to put her eyeballs out. Currently, she is being treated at Ohio’s Cleveland Clinic and on the list of face transplants. She does not have hands and eyes and is looking for a donor who happily provides her these two essential things. She can have liquids as her face is closed and she can just inhale liquids through a straw. If a donor provides her hands and eyes then she will be able to see and touch things as before.
This is good that she is hopeful for her recovery. Till now, she is dependent on her family for anything but she wants to do it by herself.
She was attacked by a 200 pounds chimpanzee earlier this year in February. She was an employee in the home of Sandra Herold, the owner of chimp.
She wants to educate others to be careful from these animals .She wants to prevent future accidents.

“I’d like to put across to people’s minds that these exotic animals are very dangerous and they shouldn’t be around,” she said. “There’s a place for them that is not in residential areas, that’s for sure.”
