Ramiele Malubay

Ramiele Malubay is well-known name for the fans of boxing and American Idol. She born in a Filipino family. Her parents Roger Malubay and Alicia Macrohon were working in Saudi Arabia. But her parents moved to United States as second world war started and they sent Ramiele back to the Philippines. Currently her family is in Florida. She was a student of Charles W. Flanagan High School from she completed her graduation. Now she is a student of nursing.

Malubay started singing at the age of twelve and dancing when she was just in first grade. She was also a part of American tours, functions around Florida in a very early age. On Saturday night at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas she made the event by singing “Star Spangled Banner”,

As she was the ninth finisher of the seventh season of American Idol. She decided that she will not lose heart and will try again because she wants to fulfill her dream of a successful musical career.

Now two mega events boxing and American Idol together and all credit goes to Ramiele Malubay. A large number of celebrities were there in the boxing event like Mark Wahlberg, Mickey Rourke and many more. Now all are waiting foe next fight Manny with Floyd Mayweather Jn.

Ramiele Malubay, is known as the third Filipino-born American who participated in American Idol.She sang Aretha Franklin’s “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman”. She believes that she was the shortest contestant in American Idol. She is impressed by Lani Misalucha, Jackson 5 for music and in performing Regine Velasquez is her favorite performer.

When she was eliminated from American Idol, her eyes was filled with tears but she singed beautifully “Do I Ever Cross Your Mind” and also performed on it.
