Ram Gopal Verma’s ‘Rann’ will hit the silver screens across the country today. After few flops, Ramu came with a big bash and in the movie Ram has revealed the dirty game of TRP among electronic channels. In the movie Amitabh Bachchan is playing the role of Vijay Harshwardhan Malik and once again he is excellent. Through “Rann” , Ram tried to display the business of media and the role of the electronic media in today’s context with remarkable virility and dramatic force and no doubt he is quite success in his motive. Amitabh Bachchan is playing the role of Vijay Harshwardhan Malik who runs a private news channel. Vijay Harshwardhan Malik is also a hardcore journalist. But his news channel has been dropped dramatically to Mohnish Behl’s news channel because who is expert in selling stories as entertainment. During this situation Malik’s son join his channel and he believes that business should be done for profit only. On the other hand Paresh Rawal (Mohan Pandey) is representing dirty politician in the film. Malik’s son-in-law is an industrialist and wants to be a top industrialist and he knows that Mohan Pandey will help him if he becomes the prime minister. So, all of them conspire against Malik to tarnish his image. In one word RJV’s terrible truth is worth watching in which he brilliantly balanced too many characters.
