Ron Artest

Ron Artest and Mike Chatfield were friends. Ron Artest had displayed a new style of his haircut in the memory of his deceased friend Mike Chatfield.
According to sources there are two characters of Chinese script were displayed on left part of his head. Those two letters states a champion. The other side of the head has a hair cut and it makes the word ‘Chatty’. It is stated that the name was written for honoring Chatty.
Los Angeles Lakers team’s logo was also displayed on the hair cut. He sported the team so he included the logo in the hair cut. He had done this to pay tribute to his beloved friend Mike Chatfield. According to source, Ron once said that Mike Chatfield is the strongest player he had met in his life. Ron and Mike were childhood friends and for the young basketball player the death of his friend was a great loss.
Mike Chatfield was found dead with two bullets in his body on the street. He was taken to Mount Sinai Queen Hospital but he couldn’t survive and shortly declared dead by the hospital authorities.
Ron Artest, so far didn’t impress people with his game but the hair cut dedicated by him to his friend is highly appreciated by people. In a game he scored 10 points. He had miss many chance but Phil Jackson, the coach of Los Angeles Lakers liked his performance and praised him and was not disappointing from him. He had been awarded as NBA Defensive Player of the Year title in 2004. In coming years fans are expecting good performances from him.
