Janine Lindemulder

Actress Sandra Bullock is fighting a custody battle of her 5 years old stepdaughter. Child’s real mother is Janine Lindemulder and her father is Jesse James, James have now married with actress Sandra Bullock and both are fighting for child’s custody. They claim that Janine is an unfair mother who often falls asleep after a series of drug binges. They also claim that pornstar cannot be good mother so it would be better if court gives the child in their custody. Janine has more than a 100 porn movies and besides this she is permanent drug user. Sandra Bullock had written an application in order to have child in her custody

“While in Janine’s care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.”

Janine has decided to fight back against their claims. When she was asked about the custody battle she said,

“What would give her the right to take away my daughter.”

In a statement to the court, James says,

“Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if (Sunny) will be safe with (Lindemulder). She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.”

It might be possible that court let them allow too keep Sunny with them as they once had when Janine was in jail in a tax evasion case.
