For so many years Johnny Depp has been the leading super star actor of the Hollywood. On Wednesday, People Senior Editor Kate Coyne Offered a preview on “The Early Show” in which she revealed that Johnny Depp named “Sexiest Man Alive” 2009 by People magazine. Annual “Sexiest Man Alive” issue will be releasing on Friday.

In seven years this is the second time he has won the top honors. Ist time he was named “Sexiest Man Alive” in 2003.

According to Coyne their search was for a man who really has achieved the prime objectives in his personal and professional life and maintained his status of sex appeal and perfect body. She said,

“He was sexy ten years ago, he’ll be sexy ten years from now.”

She added,

“He appeals to multiple generations of women — and for many different reasons to different kinds of women.”

On the show they had a talk on the aspects of Johnny’s life as an actor. Co-anchor of the “Early Show” Maggie Rodriguez said that Depp is a very respected actor as well he is a great father and committed partner.

Coyne said,

“He’s sort of everything, he’s a guy’s guy, kind of a bad boy, he’s a respected artist and actor. You know, he’s got a little bit of everything.”

Co-anchor Harry Smith’s views were bit different, that title could be disliked by Johnny Depp. Coyne responded to the query and said,

“As long as he owns a mirror, I don’t think it’s lost on him that he’s pretty sexy, unless he’s walking around cloaked all the time.”
