The San Antonio Spurs’ George Hill has issued an apology over the nude photos that popped up on the Internet. Nude pictures of the 23-year-old Hill appeared at the web site TheDirty.com. A lawyer for the Spurs sent the web site a letter to remove the self-taken photographs from its site. The Web site says it won’t remove pictures of San Antonio Spurs’ George Hill’s private parts. A lawyer for the website dismissed Spurs argument as totally without merit and calling the team not as sophisticated as TheDirty.com readers.

Hill said through a statement released by the team,

“A year ago I made a mistake and take full responsibility for my actions. I have matured and learned from this episode.”

It was not long ago when Portland Trail Blazers’ Greg Oden apologized for similar photos that he had sent to his girlfriend.
