Wow! Believe it or not but you have to believe on a luminous ring-shaped cloud could be seen circulating over the city of Moscow last week. It was not a computerized created scene, it’s a natural pale gold giant halo cloud appeared over the city, astonishing quite a few people out. Some of the theories convinced that this a sign of aliens that are approaching us, while others still not sure whether it was real or imaginary photocopied image. Some relate this fake picture for the marketing scheme of ABCs to promote there new series. But meteorologists rejected all the controversies related to this halo cloud, declaring it an optical effect.
This pale gold ‘halo’ captured by the people above the Russian capital city’s Western District on Wednesday. A spokesman from the city’s weather forecast said:

“Several fronts have been passing through Moscow recently, there was an intrusion of the Arctic air too, the sun was shining from the west – this is how the effect was produced”.

The meteorologists from around the world further explained that this sign neither belongs to aliens, nor the image photocopied or belongs for the promotion of the channel. It’s just a very unique and bewildered weather condition that produced by an optical effect. The meteorologist said:

“This is purely an optical effect, although it does look impressive”.

They also said that if we observer a closer view, we may notice the sun rays coming through that cloud. Millions witnessed a strange ring shaped cloud appear over Moscow’s disticts. The sight was so impressive and interesting that it promptes the natives to record and captured this magnicient view. But the scientists said that it aws the result of several air fronts have passed Moscow recently, which includes an inflow of cold air from the Arctic, combined to produce such a halo cloud. Some environmentalists blamed the cause of this site as a result of pollution for the cloud, but weather forcast rejected this theory. According to them,

“’If something happens, there is the smog effect, but it appears only when the weather is quiet for a long time. The wind in Moscow has been quite strong recently.
