T-Mobile customers are facing problems in making calls.It seems there are some problems in the system.Thousands of people are unable to make calls through T-Mobile network.
T-Mobile is the telecom service provider in US.Through acquisitions of Aerial, Omnipoint, Pacific Northwest cellular, Powertel, SOL Wireless, SunCom Wireless, Voicstream, GSM Facilities, APT, Digiph PCS, Eliska, GSM Alliance and Western Wireless, T-Mobile has acquired the facility of sites on its network.
T-Mobile network provides access to some 36,400 sites using the GSM/GPRS 1900 MHz frequency-band which is currently the largest 1900 MHz network in United States of America. Previously, the service was available in 46 out of top 50 markets of US having a potential of 244 million customers but from the last year they have upgraded the service in 98 largest markets and now they have potential of 282 million customers. Data service is available in both forms, GPRS and GSM. Besides this, 3G service is also available but in only few major cities in the form of Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS)
It is not yet known that what is the problem but the authorities have said that they are trying to start system as soon as possible. 611 Service is also not working.
