Recently Nokia and Siemens have entered in a joint venture with each other and there are rumors that Nokia and Siemens Network is providing monitory capabilities to Iran and hence helping the dictatorship. Nokia Siemens Network clarifies that it only provided the facility of local voice calls monitoring and there is no so much check on packet inspection, web and internet filtration.
