Trakr was a search and rescue dog that helped the police in recovering the stolen material costs more than one million dollars?and it was the same dog that sniffed the last man who survived in the ruins of World Trade Center terrorist attack on 11th September in New York.
Trakr was died in April, was the partner of James, a former police officer but last Wednesday, Symington won the contest from stem-cell and microengineering and given five clones of the German Shepards as a prize. An intense case of d?j? vu is being experienced by James Symington. He submitted an essay on Trakr for contest ran by BioArts International, a company from Northern California and this contest called ?Golden Clone Giveaway?, which is the first ever company that offers cloning services and priced $138,500 for a cloned dog, according to Lou Hawthorne, CEO of the company and expected that no other company will do the same as BioArts did.
.
Trakr worked with James for more than fifteen years and James burst into tears while describing his relationship with Trakr. He says that,? Trakr always been with me, as long I needed him?.
James told that the clones were given the names after Trakr?s qualities, and are: Trustt, Solace, D?j? vu, Prodigy and Valor and he expects that they will also help and serve the society like his dog.
