On Sunday, CBS premiered a new reality TV series called “Undercover Boss.” It’s a reality TV series in which top executives of major companies disguise themselves as average-Joe workers in their own firms, performing humdrum jobs. The episode featured many employees and Moorehouse and Pilgrim, who are Waste Management employees, were among them. When Moorehouse, 50, saw herself on the TV screen during a special pre-Super Bowl screening of the show for about 60 family members and friends of her she couldn’t contain her emotions. She said:
“I sat there and I cried. That really touched me, It was just an overwhelming experience — the changes and the TV. “
She was not aware about the fact that the man who interviewed her was Waste Management President Larry O’Donnell. The Waste Management is a company which provides recycling services and it has about 45,000 employees nationwide. In coming weeks, the list of protagonists will include the CEOs of 7-Eleven, Hooters, White Castle and Churchill Downs.

Mr. O’Donell
THANK YOU!!!!! What you did last night is one of nicest programs I have ever watched. You cared for your employees as if they were your family. Most bosses could care less what problems their employess have to deal with professionally or personally but you did. Your kindness and thoughtfulness was overwhelming to me. I would be proud to be one of your employees. Once again,
thank you from us little people.
God Bless you and your family.
